AckFish Charters Policy

Payment: 

We accept cash, Venmo, check and all major credit cards. A credit card or Venmo charge must be charged in full at the time of booking to secure the trip. If using cash or check please bring full amount at the time of the outing. We will refund the credit card once alternate payment is received. 

Cancelation Policy:

Cancelation within 7 days of the trip will be charged in full. Captain Tyler reserves the right to cancel trips due to bad weather. We will do our best to rebook your trip for another day. We understand illness and emergencies happen, we will do our best to accommodate.  

Fishing Policy:

At AckFish we take great pride in conservation and maintaining a strong fishery. If you would like to fish with us you must know we highly recommend catch and release fishing. If you are looking to take home your catch Captain Tyler will gladly put you in touch with many of the other talented charter boats on island. 

 Safety Policy: 

Children under 12 years old are required by law wear a life jacket while underway. To ensure proper fit of life jackets for those under 12 years old, parents or guardians must provide life jackets. Our vessel is rated for 6 passengers max this includes children and infants. Our captain holds a USCG Masters Captains license and is committed to providing a safe and fun experience for every passenger.
